But later when I watched the video. I got shocked with his unique skill, fame & fan following he has developed in the old street of Delhi, India.
Now here I am going to share an OMG information of an very famous 65 years old Indian Chef who fries his fish deeping his hands into boiling oil.
Mr. Prem Singh, a very famous non vegetarian restaurant , – Ganesh Restaurent’s chef has been using his bare hands to fry fish from the last 25 years. This strange & unique skill of Mr. Singh draws hundreds of customers every day in the old street of Old Delhi, India.

According to Mr. Singh, he has never burnt his hand in last 25 years, not even a single scar on his hand. People when they come to his restaurant, they are keen to see him frying fish with his bare hands. The restaurant he is running was started by his father Ganesh in 1960 with a small shop.
At present time, his restaurant sells over 100 kg of fish every day. People from far places come to visit his restaurant and taste the delicious fishes and some other Indian cuisines like Chicken tandoori, mutton tikkas, kebab etc.
Prem says, he deeps his hand in oil once and he keeps doing it and eventually he finds the oil is not brining or affecting him in anyway.
Mr. Prem wants his son to continue his tradition of cooking fish with bare hands.
